This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and paid services purchased from SandeshAI through our website. By starting a paid subscription, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Free Trial Before Payment

SandeshAI offers a 7-day free trial so customers can evaluate the platform before choosing a paid pricing plan. Customers are encouraged to review the features, suitability, and service experience during the free trial period before making a payment.

2. No Refunds on Paid Pricing Plans

Once a customer purchases or renews a paid SandeshAI pricing plan, the subscription fee is non-refundable. This applies to monthly, quarterly, annual, and any other paid subscription plans offered by SandeshAI.

Since access to the service is provided digitally and a free trial is available before payment, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, non-usage, accidental purchase, unused subscription time, unused credits, downgrade requests, or cancellation after payment.

3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same subscription period, please contact us at support@sandeshai.com. We will review billing-related issues and, where a genuine duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, correct the issue or reverse the duplicate charge to the original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time from the Billing section of their account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@sandeshai.com.

  • Cancellation stops future automatic renewals or future subscription charges.
  • After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.
  • Cancelling a paid subscription does not create a refund for the current billing period.
  • To avoid being charged after a free trial, the subscription must be cancelled before the trial period ends.

5. Plan Changes

If you upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription plan, the applicable billing changes will be shown before confirmation wherever possible. Downgrades or cancellations do not result in refunds for previous payments or unused time in the current billing period.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

SandeshAI may suspend or terminate access if a customer violates our Terms of Service, applicable laws, WhatsApp/Meta policies, or platform usage rules. No refund will be provided for accounts suspended or terminated due to misuse, policy violations, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

SandeshAI may depend on third-party services such as WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta, hosting providers, payment processors, and other integrations. We are not responsible for refunds due to outages, restrictions, policy changes, account limitations, or disruptions caused by third-party services.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable law. If a refund, reversal, or charge correction is required by applicable law, SandeshAI will process it in accordance with such legal requirements.
