1.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Note: This applies only to your first purchase. Renewals and repeat purchases are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee.

1.2 Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • You were charged incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred
  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, and we were unable to resolve them
  • The service does not function as described in our documentation
  • You request cancellation within 14 days of your initial subscription (new customers only)

1.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after 14 days of purchase
  • Failure to use the service or features
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service

  • Downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan

1.4 Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Plans

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, minus a 15% processing fee. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No charges will occur after that date.

  • Cancelled subscriptions will not be automatically refunded unless within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.

2.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation, we will retain your data for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate. After 30 days, all automation workflows, chat history, and settings will be permanently deleted.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. You will be charged the pro-rated difference immediately, and your new plan features will be available instantly.

4.2 Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the difference between plans.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Service Outages

In the event of extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours) caused by our infrastructure, we may provide account credits or pro-rated refunds at our discretion.

5.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, riots, government actions, internet service provider failures, or third-party API disruptions (WhatsApp, Google, etc.).

6. Consumer Rights (EU/UK Customers)

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

By using our service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a full refund after the 14-day period, as you have consented to the service beginning before the cooling-off period ends.
