These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the SandeshAI Platform, which includes the SandeshAI website and the WhatsApp Sender & Automation by SandeshAI add-on (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

SandeshAI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect 30 days after posting on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you agree to the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly for updates. These Terms supersede all previous oral and written terms and conditions.
These Terms supplement and are in addition to our Privacy Policy, which explains the personal data we collect and process when you use the Platform.

THE PLATFORM

The Platform comprises services and content provided by SandeshAI, including the WhatsApp Sender & Automation by SandeshAI add-on. All references to SandeshAI in these Terms include both the website and add-on.

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM

Your use of the Platform is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

  1. Copy, reproduce, or otherwise deal with any content of the Platform unless permitted by us.
  2. Use Platform content for commercial purposes unless you have a license from us.
  3. Modify, delete, distribute, or repost any Platform content, including legal notices, proprietary symbols, or logos that you do not own or are not authorized to modify.
  4. Engage in antisocial or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to spamming, trolling, phishing, or griefing.
  5. Use the Platform in a way that could reasonably be expected to interrupt, damage, or reduce its efficiency, or harm another user's device.
  6. If you breach these Terms, your access to the Platform will be terminated immediately.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES/MOBILE APPLICATIONS, GOODS AND SERVICES

The Platform may link to third-party websites or mobile applications. SandeshAI makes no representations about the quality, suitability, or legality of these sites. When you leave the Platform, different terms and policies may apply. SandeshAI is not responsible for third-party sites. All matters relating to goods or services from third parties are solely between you and the third party, and SandeshAI is not liable for any related costs or damages.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

SandeshAI may provide access to forums or Q&A features where users can post content ("UGC"). SandeshAI does not pre-screen UGC and does not endorse or guarantee its accuracy. Users are solely responsible for their UGC. Do not post UGC that:

  1. Violates these Terms or any applicable law (e.g., false advertising, hate speech).
  2. Is harmful, obscene, pornographic, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
  3. References or describes prohibited goods or services.
  4. Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  5. Infringes privacy or personality rights.
  6. Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or impersonates another.
  7. Advertises products or services, or causes SandeshAI to violate any law.
  8. Contains viruses or malicious code.
  9. Threatens national unity, public order, or security.

If you observe misuse or wish to report a grievance, please contact us at contact@sandeshai.com. We will address grievances within one month, subject to applicable laws.
By posting UGC, you grant SandeshAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, modify, display, and distribute your UGC for promoting SandeshAI and its products. You warrant that you own or have rights to your UGC and agree to pay any royalties due to third parties.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

If you use the Platform outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding online conduct and UGC.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

SandeshAI owns the trademark and logo for SandeshAI and WhatsApp Sender & Automation for Google Sheets™ by SandeshAI. You may not use these marks or any content from the Platform for any purpose without our express written permission.
All intellectual property rights in content published by SandeshAI (excluding UGC) are reserved. No information, content, or material from SandeshAI or the WhatsApp Sender & Automation for Google Sheets™ add-on may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without SandeshAI's express written permission.

  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION: For disputes, contact us at contact@sandeshai.com. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
  • LIABILITY: Content on the Platform is provided in good faith, “as is,” without warranty as to fitness for purpose. SandeshAI is not liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Platform or third-party links.
  • BREACH OF TERMS: SandeshAI may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the Platform for breach of these Terms, with or without notice, and may disclose your information to law enforcement if required.
  • GENERAL: If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to act in respect of a breach does not waive our right to act on subsequent breaches.
